What is the difference BETWEEN Online Coaching and IN PERSON PERSONAL TRAINING?

In person-personal training is where we have 1to1 personal sessions together.

Online coaching is where you will be following your training program independently, following videos of me coaching you.

how does online coaching work?

We begin with a phone consultation, discussing your goals and how we will achieve them. Once you sign up by completing some forms and creating your account for the coaching app you’re all set! Within 48 hours I will send you some additional emails containing your welcome pack and everything you need to know before your transformation begins!

What if I have no gym membership and no exercise equipment at home?

No problem, there are plenty of effective body weight exercises you can do that will get you stronger and fitter. We can also get creative and use some of your furniture at home, something as simple as a chair or a bath towel can be great for intensifying your workout!

refund & cancelation policy

For 1-1 personal training (Session block payments)

  • All monies paid are non-refundable unless redundancy or medical issue arises (proof may be required).

  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the session begins. (Notice of less than 24 hours will incur in full payment of the session fee).

For Online Coaching (Monthly subscription)

  • The client must notify the personal trainer 2 weeks prior to the next payment date in order to cancel their subscription. Failure to do so will result in the subscription being considered “continued” and the client pays for the month.

  • Sessions marked as incomplete (on the app) will not be the personal trainers responsibility. The client will not receive refunds for missed workouts.
